About Me
With immense gratitude, l have shared the sacred teachings and practice of Yoga internationally since 2011 while based in South India and Hong Kong, creating communities, leading retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings. My credentials and certifications include E-RYT 500, Advanced Jivamukti Yoga, Vedic Healing Chants (Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram), Advanced Yin Yoga (Paul Grilley), Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda (Mas Vidal), Sanskrit (Sri Aurobindo Society for Indian Culture), Integral Sound (SVARAM, Auroville, India), Perinatal Yoga (Birthlight), Thai Massage, and Reiki, amongst other modalities of healing.
I believe Yoga offers an opportunity to plant a seed that has the potential to bloom into the unveiling of the light of the Divine Self that is one with Spirit, through alignment-based classes that awaken awareness, with meaningful themes, and playful sequences, reflecting Līla, the cosmic play of the Universe, along the Yogic paths of Hatha (postural), Rājā (meditation), Jñāna (knowledge), Bhakti (devotion), Karma (service), Nādā (sound), Mantra, and kirtan (devotional chanting), complemented by elements of music, movement & dance.
My initiation into the Śrī Vidya tradition at Devipuram (Śrī Amrtananda Sarasvati) uplifts me into the embrace of the Divine Feminine, as I am further nourished by the teachings of Ānandamayi Mā, Śrī T Krishnamacharya, Rāmana Maharshi, and Paramahansa Yogananda.

What should students expect from your class?
A wholehearted and alignment-based practice that aims to challenge while creating space to (re)connect back to ourselves with every breath.
About Me
Starting out in Pilates Fusion, I’ve been teaching since 2013. With my life-long love of movement, along with the curiosity that comes with self-exploration, I began to expand on my offerings with Yoga the following year. It is through this practice that I continue to share my learnings through the use of movement to support students in (re)connecting back to themselves in every moment. To practice what it means to be here and now, to be mindful and aware, while allowing room for possibility. It’s my intention that students leave class feeling more supported and empowered in their practice, and a little bit sweaty (or a lot).
