To ensure a meditative, enjoyable experience, please make sure your phone is turned off in the studio rooms.
Go scent-free
To respect those with sensitivities to scents, please refrain from using scents and fragrances during your visit.

This is your practice
Listen to your body and most importantly – enjoy and have fun!
Stay 6 feet apart
Maintain 6 feet or more between yourself and others in the studio at all times. Follow our one-directional flow and markers on the floor.
Limited facilities available
Change rooms and showers are closed. A few spaced toilets and sinks remain open for emergencies. Change at home. Closed areas: saunas, patios, tea lounges, lockers, showers and retail boutique.
Guided & orderly entrance into class
The first into the room will take the space farthest from the door, and so on. Listen to teacher instructions on this.
Spots are pre-mapped
Look for the markers on the floor. Place your mat so the marker is centered with the top of your mat.
Stay in the room
Once you’ve arrived at your mat please stay in the room and keep your space. If you are dealing with an emergency, let us know.
Please wear a mask
Please keep your mask on at all times while in the studio, except once you arrive at your mat for practice. Wear it again as you exit.

Support our teachers
Do not enter the teaching zones. We are not offering hands-on assists, breathing techniques or supplying props.
Guided exit after class
Guests closest to the door will exit first while those farthest from the door will exit last.
Exit the studio promptly
In order to facilitate thorough cleaning, we require guests to leave within 5 minutes of their class ending.
