In my classes, students can expect a blend of physical practice, breathing and moving meditation that will make them feeling happier and healthier when the leave the class.
About Me
I first discovered yoga in 2001, amidst my career as an RN, and it was love at first practice. This passion later blossomed into my true calling as I became certified as a yoga and Pilates teacher. To enhance my yoga practice, I further qualified as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and specialist in Behaviour Change and Metabolic Health.
At YYOGA, I teach a variety of classes, including Pilates Fusion, Hatha, Flow, Power, YHot, and YSculpt. I blend my extensive knowledge of the human body with my expertise in health and fitness. This unique combination helps me create holistic, transformative experiences for my students, aiming to empower them physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In my free time, I’m dedicated to bodybuilding, a discipline that challenges me and complements my yoga practice. I also cherish my role as a wife and a grandmother, enjoying every moment I spend with my two grandchildren. For me, fitness isn’t just about the physical aspect; it’s a lifestyle that encompasses all aspects of well-being, and I’m excited to share this journey with you.

Providing options for varying levels of ability and using messages of motivation and empowerment, participants are taken through a comprehensive series of functional exercises that promote strength, endurance, flexibility and well-being. Come with an open mind to try something different and a willingness to laugh…because everything is better when we do it with a smile.

In partnership with the Richmond Olympic Oval, this modern yoga studio serves our community and local athletes alike.
Enjoy an incredible space filled with natural light, easy parking, infrared sauna and plenty of yoga classes. From hot yoga to YSculpt, we have a variety of yoga and fitness classes. All levels welcome.
Receive complimentary parking if the Richmond Olympic Oval is your home studio and you have an unlimited membership (Month to Month or Annual Membership).
Changerooms: Provided in partnership with the Richmond Olympic Oval, guests are supported to use the changeroom that best aligns with their gender identity. Please note that changerooms are located outside the YYOGA studio facilities.
