Classes

What should students expect from your class?

A well-rounded physical sequence that targets all the major areas of the body, with lots of options and a wee bit of yoga philosophy mixed in.

About Me

Hi! My name is Reith and I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher in what is colonially known as Vancouver. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a youth, and the practice has been my steadiest companion throughout periods of depression, celebration, and everything in between. In 2023, I completed a 200hr teacher training with the amazing trainers at YYOGA, and a trauma-informed training through Yoga Outreach. My goal as a teacher is to create a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners can experience moments of a calm mind through focus on breath, sensation, and eye gaze. The power of yoga to regulate our nervous systems and make friends with our bodies is such an incredible tool and it is my deepest honour and privilege to share this ancient South Asian practice with others.
