I came to yoga 13 years ago due to my back pain. Witnessing the benefits of yoga: back pain gone, toned body and peaceful mind, and better sleep… I was determined to spread the benefits of yoga to as many people as possible. After I finished my Yoga Teacher Training 2014 at Langara College, I started to teach yoga right away. I teach with compassion, care, and love for Yoga, and for everyone I encounter.
In my class, you will experience mindfulness, connect with yourself and the world around you. I encourage you to cultivate loving and kindness, acceptance, and non-judgment. You will leave my class feeling one step closer to be back home: the reunion of your body, mind, and spirit.
