What can students expect from your class?
I teach with the intention to lead my students back to themselves. You can expect safe movements, great tunes, fun sequences, a sweet little invitation to dive deeper into your soul, and a whole lot of love and support in each one of my classes.
I began practicing yoga at the age of 12 and haven’t stopped since. Big shout out to my mom for making me take my first-ever yoga class with her. My passion for yoga has lead me down many different avenues. I’ve found wisdom through hot, vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, and aerial styles of practice. In addition, I’ve gained clarity in my life through my continual study of yogic philosophy.
I did both my 200-hour vinyasa/hatha based training, as well as 50 hours of aerial yoga teacher training, on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand. I am also a trained massage therapist and I hope to one day blend these two special gifts of mine together.
