What should students expect from your class?
Expect to move with alignment guidance that connects you to your unique form to build strength, flexibility (safe range of motion), and harmonizing your inner compass. Focus on quieting the nervous system to embody all that life has to offer in a safe space.
My journey began in 1998 with a paperback version of “The Sivananda Companion to Yoga.” I am an experienced registered yoga teacher level 350 (CYA-E-RYT-350), certified in restorative, kids, Yin, Yhot, prenatal, and Ayurveda Yoga.
Pre-Yoga, she got my BA in Criminology, and hold an acupuncture certification. I am also a Reiki Master. I am a teacher and foremost a student. I continue to learn from the Feldenkrais method, I-rest yoga nidra meditation method, and am enthusiastic about the biotensegrity world in understanding movements.
