Classes
What should students expect from your class?
A well themed and intelligently sequenced class to meet the underlying intention and tone of the day. My classes are full breath awareness and freedom in movement with attention to safe and individual alignment. You’ll leave class feeling energized, renewed, and inspired to take the “yoga” off your mat and with you into your day.
About Me
With an ERYT-500 certification, I have been mentoring and leading students through the practice of yoga for over 20 years. I believe that when we become attuned to our physical and mental states through the mind-body connection, we can lead more empowered, healthier lives.
I am passionate about creating change and connection within the body and mind through yoga. I view movement as another way of understanding ourselves beyond the intellect. My classes are grounded in breath awareness, curiosity in movement, and attention to alignment, in all the styles I teach being Power, Flow, YHot, and Hatha yoga.
As a graduate of the Certified Applied Positive Psychology Program with The Flourishing Center, I now infuse positive psychology concepts into my teaching. The union of yoga and positive psychology provide my student community with unique support to help them thrive and flourish.
