What can students expect from your class?

Students should expect a strong, sweaty and grounded flow that brings them back to their bodies and centre – ultimately releasing what no longer serves them and brings them closer and closer to their true nature.

About Me

I began my yoga journey while attending my Mum’s hatha classes in my late teens. Discovering yoga as the ultimate tool to connect mind, body and spirit I later went on to complete my Ashtanga and Vinyasa 200 hour training in South Goa, India. I bring a strong, sweaty and grounded style to the mat while intertwining philosophical and creative elements into my practice. My approach is to empower people by helping them drop down into their bodies and find their inner strength and joy. As a musician, I always try my best to keep classes fun and varied combining all kinds of musical genres. I strive to bring yoga directly into the heart of the LGBT+ and male communities, sharing my passion and serving others on a daily basis.
