About Me

You are not the story of your past. After nearly failing PE in junior high, I have been teaching since 2006 – pole dancing, sculpt, group fitness, bootcamp, spin, kickboxing, yoga, and meditation. I believe there is a form of movement for everyone and it can change at various points throughout our lives. The connection to your body and breath is what’s important. In addition to teaching, I am a Human Design Coach where I guide my clients to better understand their unique energy and gifts so they can move through life with joy and ease.
