Alisa began her yoga journey in hot yoga in 2012 following an injury from triathlon racing. She immediately felt the embrace of the sangha. She completed her hot training in Nicaragua in 2018. As a Physiotherapist she respects how yoga combines the physical body, mind, spirit and breath while holding a safe space for individuality and healing. My love and compassion for helping others is an extension of my Physiotherapy career. Have worked in many areas of Physiotherapy, currently part time with Vancouver Coastal Health. She has shared her yoga with sports teams including Junior Football and swim teams. She looks forward to sharing her combined physiotherapy and yoga knowledge with the community. Yoga provides the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your life and others. See you soon in the hot room!
