In my classes, I aim to create a supportive and challenging space for exploration. I emphasize functional movement, building stability for long-term freedom in body, mind, and spirit. I value balance—challenge and rest, strength and surrender, effort and ease—and I love incorporating music to elevate the vibe! Whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, I’d love to meet you where you’re at.✌️🪷

About Me

I started my journey through movement as a ballet dancer at the age of four and was introduced to Yoga and Pilates along the way. After I retired from dance my focus shifted to deepening my yoga practice and connecting more to what my body and spirit needed. That led me to completing my 200Hr hatha + Vinyasa training with Yogacara in 2015 and other trainings in YHot, Mat and Reformer Pilates followed.
