Having lived and trained internationally, Anna now finds her roots in Squamish, BC. Teaching throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor and Lower Mainland, she leads a dynamic practice that places a strong focus on alignment while linking breath with movement. Her classes are guided by the desire to help students better understand their bodies, so that we’re learning to move with, rather than against ourselves. Her accompanying playlists are thoughtfully crafted and can get anyone out of their head and into their body. She is highly intuitive, relatable and welcomes anyone with the slightest curiosity to to dig a little deeper.
