What can students expect from your class? Challenging asana can be exhilarating, yet I believe that the breath is the ultimate barometer of our practice. My yoga journey started in the ashtanga method, which is a dynamic practice, but I have also studied sivananda, anusara, vijnana, acro and yin. As my practice evolves, labels become less important than intention; creativity & fun can be had with shapes & sequences, but in service to safe alignment, steady breath and a still mind. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
