What should students expect from your class?

Expect to cultivate mindfulness and acceptance as you connect with breath and movement to explore your true self.

About Me

My journey began with the discovery that yoga was more than just a stretch. My yoga practice allowed me to find a sense of contentment. I fell in love with the practice, the movement connected with the breath and sprinkled with intention. I had gained the knowledge of breath, asana and meditation as they work harmoniously together to build strength, flexibility and a peaceful mind. I attended YYOGA Yoga Teacher Training and completed YT500, along with the specialty yoga styles of Yin and YHot. I have a special passion for teaching Hatha and Yin yoga to create space, free of obstacles in the body and mind, permitting the student to experience freedom and release. I find joy and inspiration in seeing students develop their own personal yoga practice and hopes to nurture and encourage them along the way. In my class I cultivate mindfulness, acceptance and patience, allowing the student to observe and explore as they move, breathe and be witness to their practice. As a teacher, I strive to share her passion of yoga with my students in each and every class. I want students to leave my classes feeling peaceful and grounded yet empowered to take on the rest of their day.

Breathe. Explore. Relax.
