What should students expect from your class?
Students can expect to cultivate mindfulness, acceptance and patients as they connect with breath and movement to explore and honour their true essence.
My pathway to yoga began while searching for a new physical activity. After my first class, I immediately fell in love with the yoga practice and the euphoric feeling it created. The movement connected with breath and a sprinkling of intention, prompted me to discover something more – the benefits to the mind that yoga derives. The feeling of liberation and contentment repeatedly brought me back to my mat.
I attended YYOGA Teacher Training and completed YT500, along with the specialty yoga styles of Yin and YHot. I’ve obtained the knowledge of breath, asana and meditation, which work harmoniously together, to build strength, flexibility and a peaceful mind. My passion for teaching Hatha along with Yin is where I find inspiration as I observe students discover their own personal yoga practice.
In my class, students can expect to cultivate mindfulness, acceptance and patience as they connect with breath and movement to explore and honour their true essence. I want my students to leave my class feeling harmonious, grounded, and ready to take on life’s challenges.
Breathe. Explore. Relax.
