What can students expect in your class?
My classes are playful, grounded, and rooted in curiosity. The focus is less on getting it right and more on learning how to observe, helping students build a real relationship with their body, breath, and mind, and find something in the practice that’s genuinely their own.
About Me
During high school, I was fortunate to have a teacher who changed the direction of my life. She showed me the importance of teachers who make you feel safe to question, feel, and explore life more deeply. Through her recommendation, I completed a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat after high school, which became my first real introduction to meditation and self-inquiry.
From there, I started looking for ways to bring that stillness into my everyday life. As someone who had always loved sport and movement, yoga felt like a natural bridge, and the more I practised, the more questions came up.
