About Me

Practicing since 2006, my foundation is deeply rooted in classical meditation and pranayama—using breathwork and quiet focus as the primary entry points to steady the mind and regulate the nervous system.

My formal path is grounded in traditional Ashtanga and Hatha traditions, having completed my 200-hour training at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga and my 500-hour training at the Mount Madonna Center in California, alongside YYOGA’s YHot and Yin teacher trainings.

What can students expect in your class?

In every class, I aim to create a calm, relaxed, and grounded atmosphere. I view physical postures as a gateway to deeper breath and mental stillness, offering a functional space to strip away daily distractions, cultivate clarity, and build sustainable internal strength.
