Avallon achieved her group fitness certification several years ago, after years of participating in various exercise classes. Avallon was motivated to give back what she learned in classes, and help other people develop a positive community and total health and wellness experience. When Avallon isn’t breaking a sweat at the gym, she is a practising social worker. She strongly believes in the benefits of working out with others and developing classes that focus on social culture and community. Avallon is an innovative instructor, always coming up with new ideas and exercises for class!
She continues to engage in professional development and attends ongoing workshops for both social work and fitness. She has personally seen growth for herself through exercise as a stress management tool, gaining confidence and building a fitness community with others. Avallon aspires to bring exercise to as many participants as possible using her personal magic of leadership skills and connecting with participants to allow people to integrate their own benefits into their daily life.
What should students expect from your class? Classes will be a supportive space to tune into your body, mind and spirit and offer an invigorating and challenging workout.
