50 Hours over two weekends | Using props and a gentle peactice this training helps the body release tension and activate the “rest and digest” parasympathetic system. Drawing on the latest neuroscience, learn to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster overall healing.

Our format is focused on preparing you for real-world teaching. We prioritize our graduates for teaching across our locations so getting you ready to teach is our top focus! Our continuing education courses emphasize advanced yoga sequencing, self-awareness, and essential teaching skills—including effective communication, observation, cueing, and hands-on assists—to create safe, transformative student experiences. Participants will gain a clear understanding of injuries, scope of practice, and professional boundaries. Additionally, practical business training prepares graduates to work in studios, clinical settings, corporate environments, or international locations as grounded, professional yoga teachers.

Advanced Pedagogy | 25 Hours

  • Transform your teaching with this 25-hour Advanced Pedagogy training, gaining advanced tools, improvisational skills, and a socially conscious, non-hierarchical approach. Build confidence, manage self-doubt, and develop your authentic voice while creating safe, engaging learning environments.

Yin Yoga | 50 Hours

  • An interactive and experiential journey into the wonderful world of Yin. You will learn anatomical variations, modifications, and propping that will empower you to know and understand each person’s unique pose. Through kinesthetic experience and mindful exploration, you will deepen your love for this therapeutic practice and learn how to safely share this practice with others.

Advanced Anatomy: Beyond Muscles and Bones | 25 Hours

  • Offers a groundbreaking, integrative approach to understanding the body’s internal systems for yoga teachers. The course explores the Nervous, Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Lymphatic, Respiratory, Digestive, Urinary, and Reproductive systems through hands-on, somatic, and movement-based practices. This immersive training goes beyond traditional anatomy, cultivating embodied insight and practical anatomical fluency that directly elevates the art of teaching yoga.

Pranayama & Philosophy: The Gita | 25 Hours

  • Explores yogic philosophy, prana, and the science of breath. Through an in-depth study of The Bhagavad-Gita, ancient wisdom meets contemporary, science-based pranayama practices to support nervous system health and consciousness development. This immersive training weaves breath, body, and mind into practical tools you can apply in both teaching and everyday life.

Yoga Nidra | 25 Hours

  • Explores the core principles of this ancient system and how they integrate with Yoga, including best practices for daily routine, seasonal considerations, and practices for different constitutions. Yoga teachers will learn how to skillfully tailor classes, sequences, and self-care recommendations to support individual students and adapt to all styles of Yoga.

Dedicated Practice/Advanced Asana | 25 Hours

  • Explores how to safely sequence and present advanced asanas for personal growth and public classes. You’ll deepen your understanding of advanced techniques across arm balances, inversions, forward bends, backbends, and twists, learning safe, progressive ways to build each pose. Designed for all levels, this training offers experiential workshops, mindful sequencing, and practical tools to expand your own practice or guide your students confidently.

  • Designed for yoga teachers ready to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed yoga and confidently integrate these techniques into their classes. Grounded in leading trauma research and evidence-based approaches to supporting trauma survivors, you’ll learn to create trauma-sensitive sequences and scripts for chair yoga, vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and yin classes that foster regulation, agency, and connection.

Business of Yoga | 25 Hours

  • Covers six main areas: operations management, feel-good marketing, financial organization, legal considerations, client and community care, and strategies for unique business growth. You’ll avoid common mistakes while learning how to create a sustainable, creative, and successful business—whether offering yoga classes, retreats, training or workshops. This practical program will help you clarify where your business needs support, all within a nurturing community setting.

Restorative & Neuroscience | 50 Hours

  • Equips you with tools to support your own and your students’ health, wellness, and nervous system balance. Through gentle, slow-paced practices using props this training helps the body release tension and activate the “rest and digest” parasympathetic system. Drawing on the latest neuroscience, you’ll learn to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and foster overall healing in a fast-paced, overstimulated world.

Myofascial Self-Release | 25 Hours

  • Explores the science of fascia and practical self-release techniques, including their benefits and precautions. You’ll gain simple, accessible tools to ease tension, relieve pain, and bring fascial awareness into your yoga classes. Clear instructions, practical tips, and a handy manual make it easy to integrate this self-care into your body and your classes.
