Yoga Nidra for BIPOC Self Identified Women – Complimentary

Wellness spaces should be spaces for everyone to enjoy, that’s why we are offering a gentle all-levels class that’s free for all self-identified women of colour (Black, Indigenous, Person of Colour)! The class is led by BIPOC Yogini Joss Frank of Wild Womb.

  • Mondays from 6:45pm – 7:45pm (PST)
  • Live Studio Feed (virtual class over Zoom)

Expect a mix of gentle all levels womb yoga, yoga nidra, plus a chance to express and share amongst your community. You deserve this self-love time with your sisters.

This class is led by Joss Frank, a dedicated womb yoga and nidra facilitator with trauma-informed studies. Joss’ heritage is Metis (Cree and Iroquois), Black, and German. She aims to guide all women to reclaim their feminine power and love their bodies.
