Privacy laws in Canada generally define “personal information” as any information about an identifiable individual, which includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person. Personal information does not include business contact information (e.g. your name, title, or business contact information).
For the health, safety and security of all our guests and members, we require all guests to validate their accounts by presenting a valid piece of photo I.D. before their first class at YYOGA. YYOGA will inform you should any of our guest contracts COVID-19, this is done based on information provided by our guests voluntarily and under regulation by the Canadian government. Communication between You and YYOGA
When you contact us, we retain your email and contact information to serve you best. We may offer features where you can send information to others. We will use the contact information you enter so your friends will know who the message is coming from. We may have contests and/or surveys on our Website or application. When you participate, we may request contact information (name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, demographic, and profile information). We use the information to conduct the promotion (for example, to contact you if you are the winner).
