I am interested in buying an Annual Membership - what do I need to know?

An Annual is the best way to commit to yourself & your practice!  Your membership will activate upon purchase, and our hold, reservation & cancellation policies apply.  If you are a current Month to Month or Annual Member, or need help with your purchase, our Customer Support Team is here to help.  You can read more here!

What is your cancellation policy?

Month-to-Month Memberships can be cancelled at any time.   Please note that you will lose your loyalty pricing, and will be subject to current rates if you re-join at a later date.

If you wish to pause your billing, we’re happy to accommodate, please contact us here.

Prepaid Passes & Memberships are non-refundable.  However, if you are moving, have been instructed by a doctor to stop practicing, or are within 10 days of your initial purchase, please contact us. You may be eligible for a prorated refund on your Annual membership (subject to a $50 administrative fee).

Concerned that you’re not getting the best value for how often you come to class? You may not need to cancel! We’re always open to chatting about your membership and can help you make a shift to better serve your schedule and maintain your practice.

How do I cancel my month-to-month membership?

To cancel in-person, simply visit any YYOGA location and speak to our front desk staff.

Please note that upon submitting your cancellation request you will lose your loyalty pricing, and will be subject to current rates if you re-join at a later date.  Though we aim to process requests as quickly as possible, it may take up to 72 hours to process your request.

What is your membership hold policy?

Need a little bit of time off from your membership? No worries, we get it!

Month to Month and Annual memberships are eligible for up to 6 months of holds per calendar year. The minimum duration we will put a membership on hold is 1 week. This policy is subject to reasonable limits as set by YYOGA.

Holds can be placed with the front desk staff in studio or contact us here. We aim to process hold requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 72 hours to process your hold.  Holds cannot be backdated so please provide as much notice as possible for your request so you do not lose time on your membership.

I bought a pass under YYOGA West Point Grey, but you aren’t open yet. Can my pass start when the studio opens?

Your pass or membership will activate on the date of purchase. You can kickstart your practice with immediate access to our existing network of studios while we get ready to welcome you!
