Before class

We’re excited to welcome you for your first class!

To get started, set up your account (click on sign in) and reserve a class.  Bring a piece of government issued ID on your first visit. Do not come to the studio if you are sick.

Select your pass type + style:

Our Starter Pack is the perfect pass for trying out the studio. The most beginner friendly styles are: Gentle Hatha, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Meditation or Pilates.

Arrive 10 minutes early. Classes start on time.

Kindly note that we do not allow guests to enter late.

During class

Here are a few tips to make your stay with us as enjoyable as it can be:

  • Please review our yoga studio etiquette which includes helpful reminders like turning off your phone, not wearing scents and removing your shoes.
  • Before class begins, it’s key to let your teacher know you’re new, or if you have any injuries.
  • During class: above all, listen to your body – you know it best.

After class

In order to facilitate thorough cleaning in between every class, we require guests to leave the studio room within 5 minutes of their class ending.
