About Me
Carly is a movement teacher with over 20 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies through pilates, yoga, and mindful movement. With a background in Physiotherapy and certifications in Classical Pilates, Hatha, Restorative, and PainCare Yoga, Carly brings a deeply informed, whole-person approach to her teaching. She’s spent years diving into Classical Pilates, science of pain, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation—blending it all into classes that are as much about healing and awareness as they are about strength and control. Carly’s work is rooted in the belief that quality movement and breath leads to quality of life, and she’s passionate about guiding people to move with curiosity and confidence.
