Joss Frank - BIPOC Wellness Class

Wellness spaces should be spaces for everyone to enjoy, that’s why we are offering a gentle all-levels class that’s free for all self-identified women of colour! The class will be led by BIPOC Yogini Joss Frank of Wild Womb.

You can expect a mix of gentle all levels womb-space yoga, guided meditation, plus a chance to express and share amongst your community. You deserve this self-love time with your sisters.

About Joss: Joss is a dedicated yogini grateful to have been born in Treaty 6 (Sherwood Park, AB). Her heritage is Metis (Cree and Iroquois), Black, and German. Joss guides all women to reclaim their feminine power and love their bodies inside her sacred offering: Wild Womb. Joss shares a unique approach to yoga which allows women of all ages to shine as their most authentic self.
