Slow down and tend to your body in this grounding Hatha Yoga class. Collectively, we will move together and build a more nourishing relationship with ourselves. It is through this relationship to self that one’s nervous system will become more regulated allowing a softening and opening up. This is where the magic happens.
This class will be led by Lisa Sanson on Thursday, October 6th at our YYOGA Kitsilano location. It will run from 7:15 – 8:15 PM. Students can expect a calm, grounded practice with a sprinkle of anatomy, psychology, and spirituality.
