Join Dolly Reno for a Virtual Slow Flow in support of International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples. All proceeds from this class will be donated to the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Center Society.

This class will be split into two parts that will open the heart and nourish the spirit. Begin the class with poetry and gradual movement, and ease into a grounding flow to stoke the fire of connection with Mother Earth and within. By the end of class, you’ll fall deeper into the senses of your body and your relationship with the world around you.

VAFCS is a charitable organization based in Vancouver, BC that provides essential services to the Indigenous peoples of Vancouver. They provide a nightly shelter (open to all cultures), programs in health, welfare, social services, human rights, culture, education, recreation and equality for all genders of Indigenous people of all age groups.
