Gods & Godesses – Saraswati with Nora Lim

The gods and goddesses in the South Indian pantheon are closely related to the Yoga landscape as their sacred essence is reflected within us and serve as reminders of our divine, inherent qualities. In this class we will explore the awakening of these qualities through conscious movement, mantra, music, meditation and storytelling. Focus on Sarasvati (Sara = essence, Sva = self). We awaken the essence of the Self, which is one of creation and manifestation. We have the capacity to create the lives we wish to lead by turning inwards and invoking the sacred creative power of the Self, which offers and enlivens our unique self-expression to serve, uplift and inspire.
YHot in Candlelight with Linda Li
