Special Classes for a Fresh Start

Wind Down Yoga and Sound Bath with with Bernadette Pacana & Barb Mackenzie

Enjoy 90 minutes of slow flow, deep stretching, and a journaling session to crystallize your new year’s intentions. This class features a relaxing sound bath where calming vibrations support your reflections and leave you feeling centered and ready for a fresh start in 2024. YHot in Candlelight with Rebecca Lee Henderson

Start the new year with Rebecca for a candlelit YHot practice to help ignite our inner light and set intentions for growth and self discovery. In the spirit of ‘Pratyahara’, the concept of turning one’s focus inward, students practice in calming candlelight that is free from visual distractions of the outside world. This allows us to connect more deeply with our bodies, leading us on an empowering journey of discovering the powerful center that shines brightly from within.

Winter Fire Flow with Lyndsey Carr

Stoke your inner fire with this 90 minute flow class. Through movement, postures, breathwork, and simple mantras you will ignite your Tapas (inner fire), evoke your Rasa (inner essence), and balance your Chakras (wheels of energy).

Yin & Yoga Nidra with Lucy St. John

Enjoy Yin & Yoga Nidra to promote deep relaxation and enhance overall well-being. Begin with a relaxing Yin Yoga practice and end with Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation technique with powerful benefits that include better sleep, creativity, and clarity of mind. Yoga for Self-Care with Linda Li

Discover self-healing and relieve lower back pain, shoulder and neck tension using massage balls, dowels, and breathwork. Linda will guide you to establish a foundation for a more balanced body and mind, and teach you effective self-care techniques that you can continue to practice beyond the classroom and into the new year.

Lunar New Year YHot with Linda Li

Join us to celebrate the shift from winter to the blossoming promise of spring in celebration of Lunar New Year 2024, the Year of the Dragon. Linda will lead you through revitalizing poses and mindful breathwork to set the tone for new beginnings, growth, and vibrant energy of the season ahead.

Happy Hips Hatha with Lyndsey Carr

This 90 minute Hatha practice is centred upon engaging and releasing the pelvis. Strengthen and release the hip flexors, tone the pelvic floor, and calm the fluctuations of the mind with stillness and breath work. This quiet class will finish with a 5 minute meditation and long Savasana.

YHot Intermediate with Michelle Weisbom

Take your YHot practice to the next level with this minimally cued class designed for seasoned hot yoga practitioners. Expanding on our signature style, this intermediate class incorporates a sequence of slow, intentional postures practiced in a heated room to 40°C. We will explore the depths of the yoga poses to foster a deeper connection with your practice and inner self.
