YHot Expand with Michelle Weisbom

Date: October 6, November 3, December 1 | Time: 4:30 – 6:00 pm | Location: Richmond Olympic Oval

Elevate your practice with our expanded 90-minute hot classes which build upon the foundation of our signature YHot style. These extended sessions offer you an opportunity to delve deeper into the poses allowing for a more comprehensive exploration of the mind-body connection. The classes consist of a sequence of slow, held postures with a strong emphasis on alignment. All levels welcome.

Happy Hips Hatha with Lyndsey Carr

Date: October 10, November 14, December 12 | Time: 8:30 – 9:45 pm | Location: Northshore Elements

This 75-minute candlelit Hatha practice is centered on engaging and releasing the hips; especially the Psoas. We will strengthen and release the hip flexors and calm the fluctuations of the mind. This quiet class will finish with a 5-10 minute meditation and long savasana. All levels welcome!

Sacred Sound – Yin & Meditation with Soundbath with Rebecca Lee Henderson

Join us for a series of 75-minute mini retreats, curated to allow you the opportunity to deeply rest and nourish your inner beauty and light. You will move through gentle poses targeting deeper tissues, all the while immersing yourself in the soundscape of soothing crystal bowls, koshi chimes and other instruments of sacred sound. Yin Yoga & EFT Tapping with Lara Catherine Garnier

Yin yoga and EFT Tapping is a potent combination to release stress hormones and promote emotionally balanced wellness. This class will guide you through relaxing yin yoga poses and you will use your fingers to gently tap on meridian end points. Tapping on meridian points on the body restores balance in the body, relaxes the nervous system and rewires your brain.

Gods and Goddesses with Nora Lim

Date: October 23 (Shiva), November 13 (Durga & Kali), December 4 (Rama & Hanuman) | Time: 6:30 – 8:00 pm | Location: Downtown Flow

The gods and goddesses in the Indian pantheon are closely related to the Yoga landscape as their sacred essence is reflected within us and serve as reminders of our divine, inherent qualities. In this special class series we will explore the awakening of these qualities through conscious movement, mantra, music, meditation and storytelling.

YHot in Candlelight with Linda Li

Join us for a candlelit rendition of our traditional YHot class. Expand your experience as we dim the lights which help to guide your focus inward. This unique class offers an opportunity to delve deeper, minimizing visual distractions and the ability to harness the power from your other four senses. All levels welcome.

Inversions and Backbends with Mari Dickey

Join teacher trainer, Mari Dickey, for a fun and challenging 90 minute class with a focus on inversions and backbends. Take the time to experience and explore some of the more complex poses in this all levels Power Yoga class.
