My name is Reith and I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher in what is colonially known as Vancouver. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a youth and the practice has been my steadiest companion throughout periods of depression, celebration and everything in between. In 2023, I completed a 200hr teacher training with the amazing trainers at YYOGA and a trauma-informed training through Yoga Outreach. My goal as a teacher is to create a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners can experience moments of a calm mind through focus on breath and sensation. The power of yoga to regulate our nervous system and make friends with our body is such an incredible tool and it is my deepest honour and privilege to share this ancient practice with others.
