What should students expect from your class?

I love weaving breath, stories, humour, and themes into class—creating a space where students feel supported, seen, and encouraged to explore their practice both on and off the mat. Come prepared to move, breathe, let go… and have some fun along the way.

About Me

My relationship with yoga began long before I became a teacher. I grew up as a ballet dancer and later worked as a fitness instructor, but it was my first hot yoga class in Vancouver in 2003 that truly changed everything. I realized how often I moved through life holding my breath—and how much that contributed to stress and anxiety in the corporate world. From that moment on, yoga felt like home.  In the fall of 2023, I took the leap into Yin Teacher Training and quickly found myself saying yes to more learning. Since then, I’ve completed my 500 RYT with training in Yin, Ayurveda, Chair & Adaptive, Restorative, Trauma-Informed, Advanced Anatomy, Nidra and YHOT. Yoga, for me, is so much more than physical practice.
