A passionate and multidimensional Pilates and Yoga teacher, her work is rooted in technical precision and uplifting, vibrant energy. With a lifelong connection to movement and a foundation of extensive training, she creates spaces where strength, awareness, and joy meet.

She holds certifications in Pilates Teacher Training, 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga, 200-hour Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, alongside a deep background in dance. Her approach blends alignment, control, and fluidity, guiding students into a deeper connection with their bodies.
