Q: What perks come with an Annual Membership?

A: We’re happy to offer our Annual members 12 guest passes per year, access to special classes, and up to 6 months of hold time per calendar year. You also get access to reservations 14 days in advance.

Q: Can you help me purchase my Annual Membership?

A: No problem!  Just reach out through our Help & Support Form and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q: I’m on a Month to Month but want to commit to the Annual.  How can I change my membership?

A: Our Customer Support team would be happy to help you make this change.  Please reach out through our Help & Support Form before purchasing an Annual Membership and we will help you make the switch.

Q: My current membership isn’t done yet – how can I purchase this pass?

A: Our Annual Membership activates upon purchase.  If you have more than a few weeks left on your current membership, it’s not the right time to renew (we don’t want you to lose time!).  For now, please make sure your email is up to date on your YYOGA account, you’re opted in for YYOGA emails, and keep an eye out for special offers closer to your membership expiry 😉

Q: How can I find out when my current membership expires?

A: It’s easy to find your membership expiry through your YYOGA account:

  • Login to your account here (or through the app on your mobile device)
  • Go to your Profile → Memberships & Credits
  • Click on your active membership and take a look at your expiry date (or next payment date for a Month to Month) 

Q: I bought my Annual under YYOGA West Point Grey, but you aren’t open yet. Can my new membership start when the studio opens?

A: Your membership will activate on the date of purchase.  You can kickstart your practice with immediate access to our existing network of studios while we get ready to welcome you!
