This 25 Hour Yoga Alliance certified training offers a deep dive into the traditional practice and philosophy of vinyasa yoga. Through embodied study and philosophical discussions, you’ll deepen your appreciation for this traditional style of yoga and learn how to safely share it with others or develop an empowering home practice.
Through embodied study and philosophical discussions, participants will learn:
- Accessible posture variations
- Foundational Sanskrit pronunciations
- Traditional pranayama and meditation techniques
While a 200-hour certification is necessary to teach, curious students will radically shift their practice and understanding of the vinyasa practice.
