Q: What perks come with an Annual Membership?

A: We’re happy to offer our Annual members early access to class bookings (reserve 14 days in advance), 12 guest passes per year, access to special classes, and up to 6 months of hold time per calendar year.

Q: I need help purchasing my Annual Membership.

A: No problem!  Just reach out through our Help & Support Form and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q: I’m on a Month to Month but want to commit to the Annual.  How can I change my membership?

A: There isn’t a self-serve option through your account but our Customer Support team can help.  Please reach out to us here before buying an Annual Membership and we’ll help you make the switch.

Q: My current membership isn’t done yet – how can I purchase this pass?

A: Our Annual Membership activates upon purchase.  If you have more than a few weeks left on your current membership, it’s not the right time to renew (we don’t want you to lose time!).  For now, please make sure your email is up to date on your YYOGA account, and keep an eye out for special offers closer to your membership expiry 😉
