Veronika began yoga after her retirement from the competitive world of figure skating. Her first years of practice were spent at a hot yoga studio in Winnipeg where she found solace from the harsh weather and an overwhelming sense of peace. 13 years later her practice has journeyed through various styles including Ashtanga, Bikram and Vinyasa flow. Her personal practice oscillates between power and hot yoga, which serve as potent fuel for her intensity as well as healing medicine to soften within.
What can student's expect from your class? Students can expect a transformative practice for both body and mind. This includes intelligent cues for right alignment, opportunity to release tension and an invitation to a deeper inquiry within. Practice starts out as invigorating and fiery and melts into a soft, mindful conclusion.
