Having grown up in Collingwood Ontario, Tori's admiration for nature and holistic health began at a young age. Upon transition from the competitive dance scene into the world of yoga, Tori discovered her love for the practice specifically within the walls of YYoga Queen Street West.
Her journey began in first year university and within months of living in Toronto, Tori found herself at the front desk as a GE, and has transitioned through several phases of growth; completion of the YYoga 200-hour training, Yin yoga training, YHot training, and dove deeper into her teaching with the YYoga Mentorship Program. She firmly believes in yoga as the essence of expression and continues to promote playful exploration on the mat. Her love for the practice is ultimately what guides each class, in alliance with her ever-growing passion towards the Toronto YYoga community.
What should students expect from your class? My classes come straight from the heart. Students will experience a sense of escape, self exploration and a combination of both physical and spiritual invigoration. I encourage a playful practice while holding space for students to thrive within their means and strengthen their relationship between the body and the mat.
