Tania has always had a love of moving to music from a young age as a little girl taking dance classes. Throughout the years, that love has only grown stronger but the moving to music has become more fitness inspired. As a teacher, nothing is more gratifying than helping others find their strengths, surprise themselves and have so much fun in the process. Yoga found Tania much later in her fitness career and it has quickly become the thread that connects all the various fitness classes together through her own mindfulness, self reflection and inner peace. Music and movement... is there anything better?
