Susanne had always struggled with anxiety as well as her relationship to food and her own body. It was after her first yoga class that she felt light and calm for the first time in a long time and she knew there was something here for her. That was 15 years ago. Susanne has now been teaching yoga for 14 years and has extended her work in Holistic Nutritionist and Eating Psychology. She works with women who struggle with their relationship to food and their body and supports them in finding peace in it all.
