Shannon has been a long time student of yoga and has been teaching for over a decade. Shannon teaches hot, power and flow styles of Yoga. Based on the North Shore, she has built many connections and friendships with people and students in the Yoga community. Having developed these bonds has brought much fulfillment to her life.
Shannon’s classes are based around creative, mindful sequencing and enabling students to move safely and freely when they come to their yoga mat. Shannon leads a healthy lifestyle that includes yoga, running, and strength training. She is also interested in nutrition and wellness practices and leads a lifestyle that provides her with energy, vitality, and joy. Teaching yoga allows her to share her knowledge and experiences with her students and be part of the rising consciousness and awareness that this practice inspires.
