Robyn is a certified Mat Pilates instructor, studying both contemporary and classical repertoires through Body Harmonics and Power Pilates respectively. Expect to experience a fusion of the two styles in each class. Robyn was introduced to Pilates through injury, and it became the tool through which she was able to rebuild healthy movement patterns and create a strong foundation to support her active lifestyle. That success inspired her desire to teach. As a lifelong athlete, Robyn has an extensive background in sports. Spending many early years as both a player and coach for women's soccer and rugby, her current focus is on distance running. Coaching athletes towards their first marathon, volunteering at local endurance races, and logging as many miles as possible in her spare time.
