What should students expect from your class?

Healing and empowering practices that inspire you to embrace all parts of life.

About Me

Inspired by the universe and all her languages, I believe yoga is the ongoing study of life itself, and that the practice evolves everyday. I believe in learning from all lineages in search of practices that illuminate and create connection. My intention is to bring my love for studying our relationship to the cosmos into all my classes and remind you of your connection to something greater. The practice (any practice!) to me, is about peeling away the layers and masks that have made us forget who we truly are.

I am trained in facilitating hot, hatha, vinyasa (power + flow), yin and yoga nidra.

Gratitude to all those who have taught me along the way – Sasha Bahador, Kirsten Campbell, Jana Roemer, Christine Price Clark, Kelly Colleen, Mari Dickey, Ryan Leier, Jolene Bayda, the Baptiste Power Yoga Community, Norm Leech, the DTES Circle of Grandmothers, and the continued teachings of the First Nations.

Gratitude always to the Land on which we live on.
