Rachel completed her 250-hour certified training at Iam Yoga, an established studio based in Toronto. With a background in ballet, she places her focus on graceful, functional movement and refinement of both transitions and poses.
Rachel aspires to challenge, empower, and uplift students in and out of class. As a firm believer that yoga can compliment every lifestyle and fitness level, Rachel aims to help students explore what more they are capable of.
