Olivia is a certified teacher in both Vinyasa and Yin style yoga. As an avid practitioner of many types of yoga, the foundation of her practice combines the traditional physical practice with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, meditative awareness, and play, Olivia strive's to promote a deeper understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and holistic wellbeing.
What should students expect from your class? To have fun and enjoy the journey of yoga by connecting breathe to movement, and garnering meditative awareness. Students are encouraged to try new poses and explore their bodies while honouring its edge on that particular day.
