Melody believes in the transforming power of yoga that begins within each individual and extends outward to impact the greater community. Melody first experienced the benefits of yoga in her late teens and was inspired to deepen her practice through teacher training in 2017. Melody's passion for yoga lies in its ability to foster connection between people; as humans, we all possess an innate drive to connect with others and the yoga studio often serves as fertile ground. Dedicated to helping others, Melody is currently a psychotherapist in training learning to bridge the gap between body and mind.
What should student's expect from your class? Melody invokes recurring themes of self-empowerment and mindfulness paired with a cathartic playlist to move you through a challenging strength-based sequence. Focus is on alignment, strength, and safe movement. You will leave feeling sweaty and light!
