What can students expect from your class? I have a deep faith in the radical healing power of a daily, disciplined yoga practice. My emphasis is on teaching people first and asana second. I want to help you open your body and let the asanas grow from the inside, rather than impose or force them from the outside. The atmosphere in my class is one of strength, flexibility and deep release. I encourage you to use your own inner resources, such as breathing and internal awareness to make each class fully enjoyable and productive.
