What can students expect from your class? I like to make my core classes achievable for everyone so I offer a lot of options which makes it is a great class for beginners but also challenging enough to give even the "hard core" a great workout. As a Chiropractor, I use my extensive knowledge of the human body and my years of experience in fitness and create a class that is fun and challenging and will ultimately make your core stronger and your back healthier. Think of my class as ""medicine"" for your back and abs!
