I’ve been practicing and studying Yoga since 2009 & offering classes, workshops, ceremonies & retreats since 2012. For me, Yoga has been a transformative journey, a gateway to unlimited possibilities, worlds, cultures & practices that have enriched my life in countless ways.
I believe Yoga, both on and off-the-mat, can be a powerful practice to get to know ourselves profoundly & expand our consciousness. – A holistic system that provides useful tools that we can cultivate daily to nurture the relationship with ourselves, each other, and our home. I believe the practice can bring deep healing & nourishment to our lives & it reminds us how to experience our authentic selves from a space of freedom, love, courage & truth. Inspired by nature’s rhythms, my classes are designed to go within and bring you to the present moment. I seek to encourage people to listen to inner wisdom & hold space for them to surrender to movement, challenge, softness & stillness to have an experience with their body, mind & breath.
