Lauren's goal is to make yoga accessible and welcoming to everyone. She creates space for students to move authentically for their individual bodies, offering opportunities to energize and ground. Lauren was a student for some time at YYOGA before completing her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and additional YHot Training at YYOGA. Lauren also works in academia within the mental health field, allowing her to merge her passion for mental health with asana and movement.
What should students expect from your class? Students should expect to move mindfully and are encouraged to listen to their bodies, doing what feels good for them in a safe, supportive environment. The aim of these classes is to make poses and transitions accessible and empowering, so modifications to increase or decrease the heat will always be provided.
